There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. The Cliffabee Leas Homeowners Association is not responsible for injuries or accidents.
Homeowners are responsible for the behavior of their guests at the pool. All guests must be accompanied by an ADULT owner of Cliffabee Leas at all times while using the facilities. A limit of four (4) guests per household has been set. You must give the board written notice via email if you plan to have more than four guests at any given time.
Please use the picnic tables that have been provided for eating around the pool area.
Please stack chairs and lower umbrellas if you are the last to leave the pool area for the day. This is really light furniture that easily blows into the pool and we want to keep this furniture as long as possible.
Glass is strictly prohibited in the pool area. This is a DHEC regulation.
No pets are permitted in the pool area.
There is to be no running, pushing, horseplay, etc. in the pool area. Playing with pool equipment is prohibited.
No bicycles, skateboards or other wheeled recreation vehicles are allowed in the pool area.
Basketballs, footballs and baseballs are not allowed in the pool area.
Littering is strictly prohibited. Please use the trash receptacles provided and take any trash you might generate home with you.
Bathroom doors are to be locked at the end of each day.
The pool gate doors are to remain closed at all times and locked when not in use.
No karaoke, disc jockeys, or other bands are allowed at the pool. (exception – approved private party) Small music boxes are allowed, but must not be played in a loud manner.
There will be no smoking in the pool area or in the clubhouse.
Pool hours are Sunday through Saturday from 8:00AM – 9:00PM.
