COMMUNITY PARKING & SAFETY
Street Parking - According to Covenant Section 6.26 "No vehicles may be routinely parked on the street without Board approval." This is for the safety of all in the community coming and going on our roads.
Lift Station - Seneca Light & Water have posted signs indicating that this is a NO PARKING AREA and unauthorized vehicles are subject to being towed. Please do not park in the access lane to the lift station on Angus Run.

For your safety, please make sure to use the side walks when out walking and utilize the walking trail to enjoy our beautiful community. If you have to walk on the road, walk against the traffic on the side of the road so that you are aware of oncoming vehicles. Please refrain from walking in the middle of the road.
