Welcome to the neighborhood! 

In 2020, Cliffabee Leas completed the final build and closing on the last home in the neighborhood. It is with great pride that we have come together as a unified community in Seneca, SC. Seneca  is the largest city in Oconee County and is situated in the northwestern corner of South Carolina in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Named for Sinica, an old town of the Cherokee nation, Seneca, like so many other towns in the upstate, developed around the railroad.
